Terms & Conditions

Update on March 10, 2020: Following the growing concern about COVID-19, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone this year’s New York conference. The conference will now take place on August 11 & 12, 2020 – all tickets will be transferred and no additional fees will be charged.

TRANSFERRING YOUR PLACE

All Lead Dev New York ticket holders should receive an automated message on March 10, 2020 via Tito, our ticketing platform with their ticket links attached. If you need to change ticket details, assign or reassign your tickets, you can do it directly via those links.

If you did not receive an email, please get in touch with us at [email protected].

If for any reason you can’t attend at all, you’ll need to let us know no later than July 10, 2020. Refunds will not be made after this date.

PHOTOS AND FOOTAGE

We photograph and film all of our events and by registering you give us permission to use any images or footage taken of you on the day. We also reserve the right to reproduce quotes and feedback which will be fully credited. If you'd rather not be in any photos, we provide a different colored lanyard to let our photographer know.

ACCESSIBILITY

The venue is fully accessible to wheelchair users and we provide live captioning of talks. If you have any requirements you think we should be aware of, you can let us know by email: [email protected]

SOCIAL MEDIA

We reserve the right to reproduce quotes and feedback submitted in a public sphere, which will be fully credited.

PROGRAMME

From time to time a speaker may drop out of our conference programme as we’ve advertised it and we reserve the right to substitute them for another equally awesome individual. We know you won’t be disappointed!

PRIVACY

At the conference, your badge will feature a barcode unique to you. Our sponsors may request your permission to scan your badge so they can get in touch with you after the conference. If you agree, the sponsor will receive the following information (if provided when registering your conference ticket): your name, email address, Twitter username, job role, company, company sector, company size and company website. By allowing our sponsors to scan your badge, you are giving them permission to request this information from us. Please note, we will not give your details to our sponsors unless you approve the request.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Every attendee, sponsor, speaker and member of staff agrees to comply in full with our conference code of conduct.
